Focus Forward is an 8-week virtual coaching and support group designed to help individuals with ADHD develop strategies to manage their symptoms and improve daily functioning. In this group, participants work together on setting goals, enhancing focus, managing time, building organizational skills, and overcoming challenges specific to ADHD. The group dynamic offers peer support, shared experiences, and accountability, creating an environment where individuals can learn from one another and feel understood. This Black Women's Support Group is an 8-week group provides a supportive and safe space where Black women can process their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. This telehealth group addresses the unique mental health needs of Black women, fostering a confidential space of community, empowerment, and healing. The sessions encourage open dialogue about topics such as political stress, systemic racism/sexism, ethnic/racial identity, motherhood, self-care, and personal growth. Participants will benefit from mutual support, understanding, and strategies to enhance their well-being and resilience. Days/times will be based on clients' availability.

Are you a woman who could benefit from the support of other sisters as you navigate the adjustment to motherhood as a new mom or your expanding family? Register for the 8-week virtual support group facilitated by Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Tanya Nichols. This group addresses the unique joys and challenges of motherhood by providing a nurturing and empowering space to obtain emotional support and practical advice from other moms.
