Tension, stress and past traumas often build up muscle tension within our bodies. TRE's seven low-impact stretches are designed to induce therapeutic muscle vibration or tremor to relieve that tension. Think of TRE as a deep and relaxing massage you can do for yourself. Massage, yoga, tai chi, and qi gong can all do the same thing but you have to pay for each session, travel, and work with an instructor's schedule. After 3 brief guided sessions people can do TRE as often as they want and wherever they want for the rest of their lives.

Frequently, clients who initially met criteria for PTSD/ trauma no longer do so, those results last, and they're permanent.
I focus on two areas - relationships and trauma/ PTSD - with couples, individuals, and families. Couples often struggle with a lack of emotional and physical intimacy, they've lost respect & trust for each other, have little companionship, poor communication, argue about finances, sex, children, etc. Trauma/ PTSD is often an underlying cause of relationship problems. Many struggle with mental health and substance use as a result. They feel stressed, damaged, alone, numb, can't sleep/concentrate, have racing thoughts, mood swings, anger. They 've tried meds, therapy, substance rehab with little success and feel stuck. Is this you?
Facilitated by a team of carefully selected, trained and supervised recovery coaches, our Men's Relationship Recovery Group provides clients with a unique and imperative approach to sex addiction recovery. With two online group sessions each week, our coaches help recovering sex addicts to integrate CORE's signature "we-ness" paradigm for sustainable emotional health and recovery, with focus on four key areas: trauma, betrayal, compulsive sexual behavior and intimacy avoidance. Unlike many recovery programs, CORE invites men to prioritize and integrate their loved ones' safety and healing (aka relational work) into the very foundation of their recovery lifestyle.

I'm here to offer a safe and supportive space where you can process trauma and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
The nature of your work as a first responder, 911 dispatcher, doctor, nurse or therapist involves frequent exposure to traumatic events either personally experienced or experienced vicariously through the person going through the trauma. This can take a toll on your mental and emotional well-being and lead to burnout and post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD). You may fear and actually face stigma and judgment when seeking help for mental health issues. You would give anything to feel "normal" again.

"Lots of times people say, 'We want to get back to being the couple we once were.' But no, you really don't! Chances are, you don't want ANY part of that. More likely, you want to be something new—something better." As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in trauma, betrayal, compulsive sexual behavior and intimacy avoidance, Sharon knows that humans heal best through BEING, DOING, and PLAYING—not through sitting, planning and thinking. Sharon's favorite workdays involve watching clients move from being "stuck" in their heads to feeling "free" in their hearts. "That's when the miracles happen," she insists.

This group is focused on recognizing past parental trauma, how it is passed on through generations. It focuses on ways to “break the cycle” by engaging parents in exploration of their own emotional world and patterns, in order to create more positive relationships between parents and their children. In this way, the children benefit tremendously, as the parents learn to become more mindful and present, compassionate, less stressed, and more supported by their community.
