I specialize in helping anxious folx retire from people pleasing so they can enjoy authentic, sustainable, and mutually fulfilling relationships. You deserve freedom from the constant stress of trying to meet the expectations of others. Our work will label the oppressive systems of power and cultural narratives (e.g. racism, patriarchy, homo/transphobia, ableism, mononormativity, purity culture, capitalism) that compound the message to put yourself last.
This group was created as a space for the transgender community of Florida. It provides an opportunity to generate self-awareness through a process that allows for the discussion, manifestation, exploration, and healing that may arise from: feeling oppressed by current or prospective laws, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety, family issues, loneliness, and/or other related issues.
