Thank you for taking time to look at my profile. After giving a lot of careful thought about whether or not counseling is for you, or if it's time yet, - sifting through so many profiles can seem overwhelming. So, once again, thank you for looking. For me, counseling is about empowerment, acceptance, and connection - to self, first. I provide guidance and support to people experiencing a high level of stress. Together we will work to manage difficult life circumstances, make improvement in areas you wish, and ease/eliminate negativity.

In a world where self-sufficiency and independence is the expectation, reaching out for help takes great courage and humility. Courage to be vulnerable and humility to accept support. Whether you are facing an unexpected challenge, or have been walking a tight rope between coping and falling apart, struggle does not have to be the end of the story. Through counseling, I help individuals become more resilient, adaptive and authentic in their lives and relationships. Together, we will explore the patterns that have prevented you from having the life you desire, while embracing the "enoughness" of the here and now.
