This 12 week court approved program is useful for anyone who would like to feel more in control of strong feelings. Also appropriate for women with substance use history.

Postpartum Depression & Anxiety Group
For any mother who has struggled with a mood imbalance after delivery and up to the first year postpartum. You are welcome to bring your babies and interact with other mothers who are find their balance and recovery. A safe and nurturing space is what we will provide to help you learn skills to manage a new chapter in life.
