The Group provides an opportunity to share, explore & heal different experiences that First Generation Americans are navigating: cultural identity& belonging, understanding "The American dream", acculturation, coping with external racism discrimination / microaggression /stigma and bias, access to resources, building universal healthy relationships and finally going through the individuation journey.
