Finding Your Wings

This BTS x Kpop Demon Hunters themed group focuses on emotional identification, identity development, coping skills, and resilience, led by the guidance of a therapist through music-based, narrative, and experiential activities. In this group, you will increase self-awareness, improve communication skills, identify strengths, build confidence, and strengthen problem-solving skills. The group runs for 8 weeks, starting March 25th at Pathways For Change, in my office. The cost of the group is a flat fee of $225, around $30 a session.
