Finding Your Community: LGBTQ+ Support

Come find a space where you can feel heard and understood as you navigate the daily challenges that come with being a part of the LGBTQ+ community. In this 8-week therapy group, we will be discussing the challenges that come with exploring one’s identity and sexuality, discuss how to navigate coming out, have conversations around experiences with unaccepting family or community, learn how to manage anxiety and stress, gain resources, and more. Each week will have a specific topic or activity to help promote discussions, led by an experienced therapist.
