Finding Myself
A ten-week experiential process group focusing on ways identity can be impacted during life transitions like motherhood, empty nester, new career, divorce, and etc… Sessions will be on Saturdays running from 3/23 to 5/25 from 11am to 1pm. Come join other women in the search for finding a better understanding of themselves, while doing activities that help build community along with self compassion. The group sessions will run from 3/25 to 4/29, Monday nights from 6pm to 8pm. Group will be females only ages 10-13 years old. Defining Myself
A six-week process group that will walk through various topics that can generate anxiety or confusion for high schoolers as they move toward adulthood. The group sessions will run from 3/28 to 5/2, Thursday nights from 6pm to 8pm. Group will be females only ages 14-18 years old.
