Finding Belonging: Healing Trauma With Connection

This drop-in, online therapy group explores the relational impacts of childhood and religious trauma, offering a safe, supportive space for reflection, sharing, and connection. Each session begins with a brief meditation to center the group, followed by silent writing prompts to encourage personal insight. Most of the session is dedicated to open sharing, fostering deep connections and mutual support. We conclude with a reading to promote healing. Members can stay 5 minutes after the group to exchange contact information and build connections. Insurance is accepted and encouraged.
