Fill Your Cup: A Support Group for Helpers&Healers

The support group is virtual, open to all CA residents, and starts in March 2024. It is designed for female-identifying individuals pursuing a career in education, healthcare, or mental health. Some of the topics will be about: separating personal & professional life, struggling with overworking, imposter syndrome, emotional burnout, etc. Share struggles, find community, and nurture your personal & professional identity!
