Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain
A biopsychosocial approach to managing all chronic pain conditions. The 8 week psychoeducational group begins with an intensive education on the nature of chronic pain, the relationship between pain and the brain, neuroplasticity, and how understanding, acceptance, attitude, setting the appropriate expectation, and self-management improves symptom expression. This group will empower you to adopt a lifestyle that will guide you on the path from illness to a degree of wellness never thought possible, as you learn to partner with your condition.
