Femunnity

Femunnity is a weekly women's group for those who've spent years being the caretaker, the peacekeeper, the strong one — and quietly lost themselves in the process. If you're a highly sensitive woman who's tired of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling invisible in your own life, this is a space where you can finally set that weight down. Together, we slow down, reconnect with what we actually need, and practice showing up authentically — for others and for ourselves. We work with the patterns so many women carry alone: self-abandonment, emotional shutdown, fear of taking up space. Small, ongoing group.
