Feel it to Heal it

Feel It to Heal is a 6-week group therapy series designed to help youth ages 9-12 build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and strengthen peer connection. Through guided activities, discussion, and creative expression, participants will learn to identify, understand, and express their emotions in a supportive environment. The group fosters emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience using evidence-based techniques. Each session provides a safe space for youth to explore feelings, practice new skills, and gain confidence in managing emotional challenges. This group is ideal for preteens struggling with anxiety, mood swings, low self-esteem, or difficulty expressing themselves.
