Fatherhood Forum: A Social Parenting
A free monthly online group that runs on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month from 7:00pm-9:00pm. The forum is offered as a community service to support people who identify with the fatherhood role to learn, teach, and share about their struggles and successes related to parenting. Contact me directly for login credentials. Gender alignment is not MANdatory. Anyone who is interested in being a better parent is welcome.

Adolescent boys Anxiety Group
Ongoing group therapy for teen boys or those who identify as male to explore social anxiety and to practice relationship building skills. I have space for new members. This strength-based teen group is designed to get underneath the veneer of adolescent toughness and support teens to thrive as their authentic selves. The group will also focus on emotional literacy and peer connection, and will explore themes related to relationships, purpose, masculinity, loyalty, honor, power, bullying, and academics.

An ongoing, open enrollment therapy group for people who identify as a father-figure and want to explore deeper issues related to being a parent. This is an appropriate group for fathers who are dealing with issues like, divorce, disease, disorders, death of a partner or child, or other challenges. Contact me with any questions.
