Expressive Arts with Sound - Improv and Group Play

These monthly 4-week long Expressive Arts Group are an experiential invitation to explore, establish and build a more secure sense of self through group collaborative musical expression. We will be playing music with our voices, our bodies, and provided instruments. This structured workshop will have us singing, drumming, toning, and engaging in collective musical play and reflecting on what emerges in the process. This workshop welcomes anyone with anxiety, depression, creative blocks, and those with neurodivergent systems. More info @ syzygy-therapy.com/groups
