These groups are designed to encourage peer support, reduce feelings of isolation, and create a container for processing shared experiences. For individuals 18+ : 1. Our trauma-focused groups were created to offer safe, supportive spaces to learn about the effects of trauma on the body and develop mind-body coping techniques.
