Expressive Arts Therapy Group

Are you overwhelmed with the influx of changes in the current government? Do you need a safe space to process all the developments? Are you interested in exploring feelings through artistic modalities and sand tray? If you answered YES to any of the above join me on 2nd Saturdays of each month for group therapy. Group is open but limited to 8 people. Group will take place only when enough people have registered. Please do not show up before confirming your spot in the group.
