Expressive Arts for Pre-Teen & Teens

This 10-week group uses expressive arts as a therapeutic tool to support emotional expression, nervous system regulation, and meaning-making. No art experience is required. The emphasis is on process over product, allowing participants to explore thoughts, feelings, and personal narratives in a non-striving and non-verbal way. The first group will be Saturday February 4th, you can join any week and there is no cost!
