Experiential Support Group

I co-facilitate this group with Cristiana Valenti, focusing on developing deep community relationships and exploring common therapeutic themes such as family or origin, anxiety/depression, connection, and living in late stage capitalism. The group alternates between open process sessions, which foster organic connection, and guided experiential work designed to encourage emotional shifts. Our sessions often incorporate experiential methods, including expressive arts therapy, somatic therapy, and psycho-education. This rotation allows group members to build trust and connection while engaging in meaningful personal and collective exploration.
