The adult group for men and women ages 20 and above is designed to help individuals experiencing issues with anxiety, grief/loss, depression, relationship issues, stress, self-esteem, and life transitional issues. A pre-group screening interview is required. The ADD/ADHD children's group is designed to teach coping abilities to children who are suffering with the condition.
