Ex Mormon Support Group for Women
Leaving Mormonism can shake the bedrock of your life. It cracks open identity, relationships, and your internal sense of right and wrong. This group is for people who are out, partly out, or long out but still feeling its impact. This is a therapist-led process group, with some psychoeducation, but mostly listening to and processing parts of post-mormon life, the painful parts (or even the funny ones). Themes can include: grief, shame, sex, identity, boundaries, and self-trust. This group will run for 8 consecutive weeks and is capped at 5-8 adults. Beginning once interest is met.

This is a space to talk to others who might be going through a similar life change.
