Evolving Embodiment

I have spent years supporting women in learning to embrace their bodies as they age. Additionally, I am a certified Body Positive Facilitator (https://www.thebodypositive.org). I am excited to bring together women interested in reimagining their relationships with their ever-changing bodies in the midst of an often critical world. This closed group will include 8 sessions over a 4 month period dedicated to helping women embrace transformation as they experience changes in their bodies- from postpartum to menopause and beyond.
