Everyday Mindfulness Skills Group

The Everyday Mindfulness Skills Group is a 12-week therapy group for adults who feel overwhelmed or stressed and would like to learn mindfulness skills to enhance their sense of life balance, resilience, and feelings of peace and well-being. Learn to focus your awareness on the present moment and to reduce struggling with difficult experiences by being more accepting and less judgmental. The group is led by Dr. Tamara Levin, a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience at The Snow Psychology Group. An individual intake session is required before joining the group. Eligible for insurance reimbursement.

This 14-week Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group is for adults (18+) who are feeling depressed and/or anxious. This confidential group will teach you how to recognize and modify your negative and anxiety-provoking thought patterns that affect your feelings and behaviors so you can make changes in your life and feel better. Group interaction will offer support, feedback, and an opportunity to practice new skills. Small group size ensures ample individualized attention. The group is led by Dr. Selena Snow, an experienced licensed psychologist. Individual intake session required prior to joining group. Eligible for insurance reimbursement.

The Aging and Wellness Group is an ongoing co-ed therapy group specifically for older adults who are adjusting to life transitions in the phase of life following retirement. Themes include identity issues, meaning & purpose, changes in social network and family dynamics, age-related health concerns, grief & loss, and caregiving stressors. The group is led by Dr. Selena Snow, an experienced licensed clinical psychologist at The Snow Psychology Group. Individual intake session and an initial three-month commitment are required to join. Eligible for insurance reimbursement.
