The Everyday Mindfulness Skills Group is a 12-week therapy group for adults who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and would like to learn mindfulness skills to increase a sense of life balance, resiliency, and feelings of peace and well-being. Learn to focus your awareness on the present moment and to reduce struggling with difficult experiences by being more accepting and less judgmental. The group is led by Dr. Tamara Levin, an experienced licensed clinical psychologist at The Snow Psychology Group. Individual intake session required prior to joining the group. Weekly fee: $100, eligible for insurance reimbursement.
