Evening Support Group for Adults

Many adults struggle with experiences of social isolation which can make life transitions, stressors and other challenges that much more impactful. I am hosting a group to create support for adults navigating a variety of life stressors in order to build community, practice social/relational skills, and put into practice skills which you may have learned in individual therapy.
