Estrangement: Help for Huring Parents

This is an educational and support group for parents of estranged adult children that focuses on a specific issue each week relevant to estrangement. It will continue for 7 weeks every Wednesday October 22-December 12 for 1 hour and 15 minutes: 10:30-11:45 or 3-4:15. The group will begin with a brief check-in, a 20 minute educational presentation followed by discussion and ending with a concrete coping skill.
