Empowerment Circle

My virtual therapy group is restarting in mid-September and open to new members. It offers a space for adults to process relationships, intergenerational trauma, existential concerns, and more. The group combines talk therapy with experiential approaches like dance, art, mindfulness, spirituality, and music, supporting communal healing during climate crises and global violence. We are liberation- and decolonial-aligned, neurodiversity/disability affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and apartheid-free. Sliding scale: $44 / $77 / $111 per session.
