EmpowerKids is a fun, supportive group designed specifically for elementary-aged children. Through engaging activities and discussions, kids will learn to: Manage stress and big emotions, Communicate effectively, Build empathy and self-awareness, Problem-solve and bounce back from setbacks, Develop strong social skills.
