Whether their goal is total abstinence or harm reduction, we explore practical and effective ways to manage triggers, cravings, and other life challenges. Through open discussion, group members help each other develop strategies to minimize ineffective patterns and achieve personalized goals for healthier living. Group meets in person, weekly, on Tuesdays at 7pm.
