Empowered Women
IN PERSON: Empowered Women is a Mom support group for moms of adult children facing and navigating the changes that come as children get older, become independent, question their upbringing & beliefs, and move out of their childhood into their own adulthood. Moms can be left questioning their roles and identities, uncertain of their influence and often left questioning what's next for them. If this is you or someone you know please join us twice monthly (Sept-Dec) for Empowered Women as we gather, share, teach, learn, & empower each other.

Connections is a telehealth group for those feeling increased stress and pressure of societal, family, and personal expectations. This group will focus on mindfulness techniques as well as essential life skills. Skills will be taught through creative mediums and fun interactive experiences. Skills will promote resiliency and assist in strengthening each members emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
