Empowered Parenting
This is a virtual open parenting group designed to help parents handle their children's difficult behaviors, becoming the parents they want to be, the parents their children need them to be, and the parents they may have needed growing up. I will help provide tools to support your child's healthy development, offer understanding and insight on trauma, attachment, and neurobiology, and encourage reflection on emotional triggers, healthy boundaries, and the importance of having fun together. The goal of this group is to create a supportive community for parents facing similar challenges.

Children will participate in activities that are age-appropriate to help them express their emotions about the divorce or separation. They will engage in discussions, role-playing, arts and crafts, storytelling, reading, and games to develop coping skills and form bonds with other children who are going through similar changes in their families.
