Empowered Empty Nesters

Empowered Empty Nesters is a therapeutic support group for parents who are preparing to enter a new phase of life as their children move out and begin their own journeys. While this transition can be exciting for some, for many it can also be overwhelming. After dedicating so much time and energy to raising children, it can be difficult to adjust to the idea of them leaving and finding their own paths. This phase of life is often not talked about or prepared for, and we may find ourselves searching for meaning and excitement in this new chapter.
