Empower & Heal: Domestic Violence Support Group
This virtual support group empowers survivors of domestic violence through education, self-esteem building, and practical safety strategies. Using an accredited curriculum, we explore boundaries, narcissism, self-love, and healthy relationships. Participants gain tools to safely leave abusive situations or navigate co-parenting with an abuser. Court attendance verification is provided. The group fosters healing, resilience, and growth, guiding clients to move beyond abuse and reclaim their lives. Classes are Every Tuesday 7:30PM-8:30 PM and Wednesday 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Nurturing Families: Parenting Class
This virtual parenting class, held Tuesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM, uses the accredited Nurturing Parenting Curriculum to support both court-mandated and voluntary participants. Sessions cover positive discipline, effective communication, emotional regulation, building empathy, and strengthening parent-child relationships. Classes can also be offered individually as needed. Attendance verification is provided for DFCS or court requirements. Participants gain practical skills and tools to foster nurturing, safe, and respectful environments, supporting both child development and family well-being.
