Empath 101 Course: From Survival to Thrival
This group is perfect for empathic and highly sensitive neurodivergent identifying persons seeking tools to navigate anxiety and overwhelm for improved confidence and balance in one's life and relationships. The class will begin in January 2023 for 8-classes held on Zoom every other week. Cost is $346 for all 8 classes or can be set up on a payment plan as requested at staceycohenlpc@gmail.com. The Neurodivergent Ninja 101: From Overwhelm to Peace: Over the span of this program, you'll acquire fresh insights and effective coping mechanisms to address challenges such as masking, burnout, shut down, and persistent demand avoidance. Learn the art of navigating relationships as an empath and HSP with more confidence and ease. For us “sensitives" relationships can get sticky because we feel so much of what others feel only to be left feeling drained, anxious, irritable, and sad after being with others. Are you tired of repeating the same cycles of codependency, care-taking, and clinging/withdrawing in your relationships? If so, this course may be for you!
