FloState Body Doubling
FlowState Body Doubling is a shared virtual focus space designed to support executive functioning challenges commonly experienced by neurodivergent adults, including task initiation, overwhelm, focus, motivation, prioritization, and follow through. Many neurodivergent people function better in the supportive presence of others, and body doubling can help increase accountability, nervous system regulation, and momentum. Sessions include a brief grounding and intention setting followed by quiet shared work time for personal tasks, creative projects, studying, organizing, paperwork, or life administration in a low pressure and supportive environment. Participation is always optional.
