Emotions in Motion: Teen Group

This virtual emotional regulation group helps teens ages 12–16 strengthen their communication and coping skills through guided lessons, creative activities, and peer discussion. Over 6 weeks, teens will build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional control in a supportive and engaging environment. This psychoeducation group may be covered by your child's insurance.
