Emotionally Connected Couples
This is a group for couples who have achieved basic stability in their relationship but are struggling to figure out how to get out of habits and cycles of disconnection. The group facilitates live interaction with therapist and group members teaching in real time how to slow down and get out of the negative cycles and move toward emotional connection. Group price is for the couple not per person.

Hold Me Tight - Educational and Interactive
This group is for any couple to jumpstart their couple relationship. This group is educational and interactive between the couple. This is a seminar style group that is a total of 16 hours. The instructor will go around and help each couple with individual assignments as well as lead the group in lectures and discussions. This group typically costs $800 for the couple and is offered over 4 weeks in 4 hour sessions.
