Free open house Saturdays 2-5pm, Jan. 28. Feb 11 & 25, March 11 & 25. Introduction to 9 basic emotions and empathy practice: Excitement & shame/hurt, joy & distress/sorrow, surprise & fear, anger, contempt & disgust. Participants can expand familiarity and confidence by working with their challenging emotional scenes with the empathetic group and thus gain skill at maintaining and repairing their most valued relationships

Men's Emotionally Focused Group
Our toxic male upbringing, designed for competition and war, gives most men a limited range of emotions, inhibiting surprise/wonder, joy, distress/sadness, fear and shame. Yet these are keys to durable intimacy with women, who have them more developed. By sharing experience colored by these feelings we increase our comfort, problem-solving and wisdom in this vulnerable area of deep love and friendship. Together we are upgrading the standard of mature masculinity, so we can collaborate with women and the nourishing power that are needed to restore sustainability to the earth.

Dreamwork Group
Group dreamwork supports personal growth by making the unconscious conscious. Dreams are partly individually and culturally unique and partly shared by all humans. Both leaders have several decades of dreamwork training and experience, and some members have experience too. After a lesson on symbolism or another dream aspect all group members respond to one person’s dream as if it were their own. Newcomers contribute by exercising their own imagination and knowledge. The result is both a creative jam session and a profoundly intimate communal celebration. From all its themes the dreamers can choose those that most stimulate their growth.
