Emotional Transformation Group with Women

This group is for women recovering from trauma, crazy childhoods, and relationships gone wrong. Women reclaiming their power, women stepping into their power and find comfort in their lives. Are you willing to go outside of your comfort-zone to build new habits, daily practices and make new connections to step out of the stress, overwhelm and stories of the past. Using mindfulness & meditation techniques, yoga and somatic movements in times of stress and change can help shift our perspectives, alter our rapid fire responses and support us in making big changes, one step at a time.
