Emotional Resilience for Kids

This group is for kids ages 8-11 who struggle with big feelings, ADHD, social connection, and understanding themselves. I teach skills to help improve emotional regulation, build understanding of complex emotional experiences, and overall work to make your child more emotionally resilient. While the main focus of the group is learning these emotional skills, of course we make it fun by using art activities, games, and big group discussions, helping your child stay engaged and interested in the group activities!
