EMDR Group Therapy

I am a trauma expert. Groups allow us to heal and thrive together. They remind us that no matter the pain we feel, we are not alone. While in connection with others you will work on your own individual disturbance without sharing it with others, and be able to feel the comfort and validation of group support.
