EMDR Group Therapy

A small EMDR group lead by a licensed therapist which offers a supportive way to engage in trauma-informed healing while connecting with others who share similar experiences. The groups are carefully facilitated by trained EMDR therapists and designed to help participants process distressing experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and feel less alone in their healing journey. While the work is done individually within the group setting, the presence of others can provide reassurance, support, and a sense of shared understanding.
