Feeling detached from yourself? Wondering how to reconnect with yourself & others? Feeling the need to find a new footing in your life? This women’s group is about joining together to support one another on our journey through finding the path to loving ourselves in life! We’ll work together through weekly topics, activities, discussions, & journaling. Topics include self-esteem, self-doubt, self-worth, & healing relationships.
