Embracing Imperfection Workshop for Teens

This group is an invitation for teenage girls (11-14yrs) to creatively explore YOU. We will get creative and messy as we dig into topics including: Feeling enough, Embracing my uniqueness, Letting go of performance, Creating a sense of belonging. Each day we are faced with images and messages from society and the media telling us who and what we should be. We are led to believe if we can only look perfect and lead perfect lives we will no longer feel inadequate. We will learn to take brave steps to counteract the lies we have been told to believe.
