This group offers support for men and women who want to process the impact their body image has had on you and your lives. This group will provide education, resources, and emotional support for individuals wanting to accept their bodies and enjoy life to the fullest. This group accepts you where you are at whether you are looking to lose weight, health at every size, or intuitive eating.

Parental Alienation Support Group
There is no loss like grieving the loss of your living children. I offer a safe and understanding space for parents experiencing the unique and extreme isolation and loss due to parental alienation. Parental alienation has only in recent years been more understood and there is still much work to be done in identifying and ending this behavior. The PA group provides support and strategies to cope with the frustration, isolation, and grief experienced from parental alienation. Meetings are in Temecula.
