Embodied Relating: Relational Process Group

This is an in-person process group for adults who want to improve the relationships in their lives without losing themselves in the process. You will develop a more intimate relationship with your internal world through noticing and sharing thoughts, feelings, and sensations leading to an improved ability to foster more meaningful connection with others. This group supports you in building embodied connection with yourself as the foundation for deep authentic relationships with others.
