Ecotherapy Group (Currently Not Occuring)

This ongoing group is a wonderful opportunity for anyone interested in taking their process outdoors-into the beautiful oak, bay, and redwood forests of the Oakland hills. This group is for those who would like a respite from the bustle and hustle of the city, in need of time and space to slow down and reconnect with your self, strengthen your mindfulness practice, and process the challenges in your life with the guidance of nature and a licensed ecotherapist.
