Eco-Therapy: Themed Nature Walks

For this bi-weekly nature walk we will meet in Historic Rittenhouse Town at the trail head next to Paper Trail Bike Cafe. Each week there will be a different theme of which we will explore in a short opening circle and optional meditation. We will then take a walk together as a group and contemplate and discuss the theme with our peers. We will close with a quick opportunity to share with the group. ****Additional Locations may be added, make sure to confirm you are planning to attended a min of 24 hours in advance.
