Eating Disorders IOP/Adolescent

Our adolescent group is limited to 8 clients and addresses eating disorder issues as well as mental health issues including, depression, and anxiety. The most common eating disorders among adolescents are Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder. We offer a multidisciplinary approach including group therapy and nutritional counseling aimed at restoring health and modifying behaviors related to eating and exercise. The goal of treatment is to help the adolescent recovering from an eating disorder cultivate a healthy relationship with food as well as learning to manage stress and other contributing factors. Our group meets 3 times a week for 15 weeks via TELEHEALTH.
